Why a broadcast list is not enough
WhatsApp broadcast lists only reach people who have your number saved, and you have to build them by hand on your phone. If someone hasn’t saved your number, they won’t get your message. With Easy Broadcast WA the message goes out as a normal chat from your number to each person on your list.
Step by step
- Install the extension for free on Chrome (it also works on Edge, Brave and Opera) or Firefox.
- Open web.whatsapp.com on your computer and log in with your phone.
- Tap “📣 Open panel” and create a list: import an Excel or CSV file, paste numbers, or pick from your chats, saved contacts and groups.
- Write your message. You can add emojis, photos, videos or PDFs.
- Check the lists and tap “Send”. The extension sends one by one, with automatic pauses, and you see the progress live.
Tips to take care of your account
- Only send to people who know you and agreed to receive your messages.
- Send useful, personal messages; avoid repeating the same text every day.
- Keep the automatic pauses as they are and don’t send hundreds of messages at once.
- Reply to people who answer: back-and-forth conversations are a good signal for WhatsApp.
